My focus is here to develop - in close collaboration with my clients - business strategies for commercialisation, industrialisation & digitalisation, incl. expanding & upscaling the client's business on international markets.
This also includes providing interim management for phases of structural adaptions and changes of ownership.
Investment support is a combination of support to define the right investment strategies and searching and selecting investors to secure investments over different capital classes. For my clients on the VC and PE side, I am acting as a "hunter" for investment targets in both pre- and post due diligence phases.
